For many decades, Mahlo manufactures the equipment that detects and eliminates distortion in textile web. Thanks to these decades of experience combined with steady technological progress, Mahlo has detection systems for almost every application, no matter if mass-produced goods or special processes. Thomas Höpfl, Head of Sales, and Stephan Kehry, Product Manager Textile, will explain in 60 Minutes which application requires which detection system and why.

Among other things, our distortion hunters will present Mahlo's sensor portfolio. Thanks to the choice between optoelectronic, camera-based or hybrid systems and a line-scan camera sensor for pattern recognition, there is a suitable solution for every customer's product mix. This ensures that all distortions can be detected and corrected reliably, increasing quality and efficiency in the process.

Last but not least, the two experts will devote part of the webinar to the software. In addition to the user-friendly interface, one topic is how data knowledge and management can optimize the production process in the age of Industry 4.0.
