Autoneum again recognized as a Top Employer 2025 in Switzerland

As in the previous year, Autoneum’s Swiss headquarters in Winterthur was again recognized as a Top Employer in Switzerland by the renowned Top Employers Institute in 2025. Fostering a people-centric culture is a central pillar of Autoneum’s Level Up strategy and thus an integral part of the global guidelines and people practices implemented throughout the company.

Participation in standardized certification programs supports organizations in making their commitment to an employee-oriented corporate culture measurable and tangible. Following the first successful participation of Autoneum’s Human Resources (HR) department at the Swiss headquarters in Winterthur in the comprehensive survey carried out by the renowned Top Employers Institute last year, the location was again recognized again as a Top Employer in Switzerland in 2025.

As in the previous year, Autoneum’s Swiss headquarters in Winterthur was again recognized as a Top Employer in Switzerland by the renowned Top Employers Institute in 2025. The internationally recognized Top Employers Institute certifies organizations based on their results in the HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains and twenty areas such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more. Participation in this survey enables companies to objectively evaluate the measures, guidelines and people practices implemented in these areas.

The program has certified and recognized over 2 400 Top Employers in 125 countries/regions across five continents.

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organization’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through their policies and people practices. This year, the automotive supplier's Human Resources (HR) department at its headquarters in Winterthur, Switzerland, took part in the comprehensive survey of the Top Employers Insti-tute for the first time and achieved an outstanding result.

The institute has been auditing companies worldwide for over 30 years. The certification program, which is based on an international standard, makes HR measures and their impact on employee conditions objectively measurable. To achieve this, the Top Employers Institute certifies organizations based on the participation and the results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.

The program has certified and recognized over 2 300 Top Employers in 121 countries/regions across five continents.

Adient again ranked as Top Employer

Adient, a leader in automotive seating, has been certified for the second time by the Top Employers Institute as a European Top Employer for several of its EMEA locations.
 
23 of the automotive supplier’s locations in the Czech Republic, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, and Serbia underwent an extensive assessment by the institute and were evaluated in categories such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more. All six assessed markets obtained the certification, having already done so in last year’s edition.
 
While the organization’s overall score improved by 4.5% compared to 2023, Adient stands out the most from its competitors in the areas of People Strategy and DE&I practices, at 11% and 7%, respectively.

The Top Employers Certification Program has been created to provide guidance on people practices of employers in a wide range of industries. It evaluates companies worldwide and provides feedback on their working culture based on a best practice survey.

AkzoNobel again a European Top Employer

AkzoNobel has been rated as a European Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute for the second consecutive year.

In the latest benchmark review, the company has been recognized in eight countries – Brazil, China, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, the UK and the US – all of them repeat certifications. AkzoNobel qualifies as a European Top Employer because five of the certified countries are in Europe.
