C.L.A.S.S invited to present ‘smart innovationeducation’ space at Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2019

C.L.A.S.S ‘takes action’ and shares the very smartest textile and material innovations available globally today as part of a carefully curated space to be unveiled at the 10th anniversary of the Copenhagen Fashion Summit. This two-day event will take place from the 15th - 16th May at The Copenhagen Concert Hall.

With education right at the heart of this unique presentation, C.L.A.S.S will share valuable insights and physical examples of some of the most sustainably responsible innovations available on the market today, empowering the next generation of designers as well as those from leading design houses, with the chance to experience first-hand how they might work towards a circular design economy.

C.L.A.S.S ‘takes action’ and shares the very smartest textile and material innovations available globally today as part of a carefully curated space to be unveiled at the 10th anniversary of the Copenhagen Fashion Summit. NEONYT: Multi-Brand-Looks und vollbesetzte Reihen während der Editorial Fashion Show im Ewerk

Ein neues Konzept, kuratierte Sustainable Fashion und trendsetzende Themen: Die Neonyt präsentierte heute mit der Editorial Fashion Show ihre neoneue Sicht auf die Mode im Ewerk Berlin einem internationalen Publikum.

Unter dem Titel „The Art of Assembling” zeigte die Neonyt Fashion Show im Rahmen der Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week im Berliner Ewerk einen progressiven Mix der AW19/20-Kollektionen nachhaltiger Modelabels. Kuratiert von der renommierten Stylistin und Co-Gründerin des Fashion Council Germany Claudia Hofmann, waren die Outfits auf die individuellen Persönlichkeiten der Models abgestimmt und wie in Editorials in Modemagazinen zusammengestellt. Damit spiegelt die Neonyt den aktuellen Zeitgeist wider: Ob auf Instagram oder der High Street, Marken werden individuell gemischt. Abgerundet wurde die Showinszenierung durch das Video „Drifting towards the unknown“ von der Künstlerin Carla Chan. Das Sounddesign wurde von Nirto Karsten Fischer/Nsonics entwickelt.

Mit ihrem Styling bildete Hofmann die Trends Trabant, Modernists, Black Ink, Bright Light, Soft Toned und Azure ab. Azure stellte mit Allover-Blue-Looks eine Referenz zu dem Themenkomplex Wasser und Mode, dem Schlüsselthema der diesjährigen Neonyt, her. Die Looks wurden aus den neuen Kollektionen von etablierten Fair Fashion Brands wie Ecoalf, Lanius und Philomena Zanetti zusammengestellt und mit High Fashion der Berliner Designer Vladimir Karaleev x After March, sowie der Denim-Upcycling-Brand Fade Out gemischt. Abgerundet wurden die Looks mit Schuhen unter anderem von Trippen und Velt, Accessoires von Spatz Hutdesign und Norwegian Rain, sowie glänzenden Strümpfen von Swedish Stockings und Wolford. Ebenso Teil der Show: Die Sustainable Fashion Labels Buki Akomolafe, Hellmuth, Natascha von Hirschhausen, Sepideh Ahadi und Working Title, fünf der insgesamt zehn Finalisten des Mentoringprogramms des Fashion Council Germany für Nachwuchsdesigner, das in Zusammenarbeit mit der Messe Frankfurt stattfindet.
