PCMC names Windell McGill as Product Launch Manager

Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC)—which specializes in the design and manufacture of high-performance converting machinery for the tissue, nonwovens, package-printing and bag-converting industries worldwide—announced that Windell McGill has joined the organization as the Product Launch Manager for its print business segment.

Bringing more than 25 years of print industry experience to PCMC, McGill will oversee product management, product launch and brand expansion for all PCMC print products and services.

Prior to joining PCMC, McGill was Managing Partner of ePac Atlanta, a provider of custom, high-quality flexible packaging solutions and digital printing services. Before that, he served as Business Segment Manager for flexible packaging at HP Indigo. McGill’s extensive experience also includes more than 15 years with Advanced Vision Technology, a provider of camera-based inspection equipment for the packaging market, where he held a variety of sales roles before being named President-Americas.

McGill will operate from his office in Atlanta.

PCMC, BW Converting Solutions augment leadership team

  • Senior leaders appointed to grow Green Bay operations, expand in global markets

Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC), as part of Barry-Wehmiller’s Converting Solutions platform, has filled several key roles on the leadership team in Green Bay in alignment with the platform’s strategic plan to grow local operations and expand its global footprint.

Scott Bean has joined as Executive Vice President of Operations. He will drive manufacturing capacity and excellence across the platform’s five facilities in Green Bay, as well as its European locations in Lucca, Italy; Neuwied, Germany; and Čačak, Serbia. Bean brings 20-plus years of experience leading operations at several large global manufacturers, including Milwaukee-based Rexnord and most recently, Filtration Group, where he served as a President.

Jason Hilsberg, who joined PCMC in 2003 as a Field Service Leader and has held numerous other roles, including Sales Director, has been named Vice President of Lifecycle Support. In his new role, he leads the global field service, customer technical support and equipment modification sales teams.

PCMC and its divisions, Hudson-Sharp and Northern Engraving, have expanded their footprint in the tissue and nonwovensconverting, bag-converting and flexographic-printing equipment markets in recent years, reporting significant revenue growth in 2021. The company has been a fixture in Green Bay since 1919.

Bag-converting equipment manufacturer Hudson-Sharp—part of Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC) and Barry-Wehmiller’s converting equipment platform—is pleased to announce that Jason Beauleau has joined the company as Regional Sales Executive.

In his new role, Beauleau will be responsible for the Midwest region, as well as for serving multiple key customers. He will be replacing longtime Sales Executive John Krebsbach after he retires on Oct. 1, 2021. Beauleau has more than 25 years of experience in the packaging and printing industry, including 20-plus years with PCMC.

PCMC names Stan Blakney as President of global operations

Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC) is pleased to announce that Stan Blakney has accepted the position of President of its global operations. In addition to leading the company’s US business, as he has since February 2019, Blakney now will assume leadership of operations in Italy and Serbia as well.

Since Blakney joined PCMC, he has led the company’s expansion in flexographic-printing, bag-converting and hygiene solutions, while also continuing to drive growth in tissue converting and packaging.

The creation of this new role enables PCMC to further unify its operations worldwide and expand into new geographies across all of its markets. It also enhances aftermarket support globally for its customers.

PCMC names Andy Piotter as Business Development Manager, Packaging Systems

Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC) is pleased to announce that Andy Piotter has accepted the position of Business Development Manager, Packaging Systems.

In this role, Piotter will develop the company’s new packaging systems division, which will specialize in creating dynamic, comprehensive and efficient tissue packaging systems for customers around the world.

Piotter brings more than 35 years of experience in developing complete packaging systems for a variety of industries. He joins PCMC after being extensively involved in engineering, sales, and business management and development.

In their roles, deBuhr and Weick will manage customer relationships for several of the company’s key accounts in its expanding tissue business.

Bringing more than 12 years of sales and sales management experience in the broader away-from-home tissue segment to his new role, deBuhr has a deep understanding of the international market, OEMs and multiple commercial distribution channels.

Weick brings nearly 20 years of experience to his new role, having exceled in both sales and leadership positions at companies supplying a broad spectrum of capital equipment products.

Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC)— a division of Barry-Wehmiller and a leading supplier of high-performance converting machinery for the tissue, nonwovens and package-printing industries worldwide—is pleased to announce that Mike Shaw has accepted the position of Printing, Coating and Laminating Regional Sales Manager.

In this role, Shaw will be responsible for the sale of PCMC’s PCL products in the Midwest.
He brings nearly 25 years of sales experience in the offset printing industry to his new position, most recently serving as a district sales manager for web offset presses and finishing systems with manroland Goss web systems.

Shaw holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
